Our Process.
We believe in the power of good, old-fashioned research in the beginning of every build process. Our process involves in depth meetings with our clients to ensure we know exactly what they are dreaming of for their new home. Once we have a solid floor plan, our Design Team will organize various Design Meetups to assist our clients with finding interior & exterior selections that meet their style & budget. After the selections are in place, we will give a best estimate of price and sign a letter of engagement with our clients. This gives us the green light to take the project to bid so we can provide a final number prior to signing a contract. We have developed this process to ensure more communication and transparency and less surprises and stress during construction.
